This
year you will study a new subject called Ethical Values. But what is
it about?
A
value is something important that we appreciate very much. What is
really important to you? Maybe practising sport, meeting your
friends, being with your family or having a good job in the future.
If this is true, then those are your values. Now, some of these
values are connected with the way we behave, with our interaction
with other people. These are called ethical values. Some of these
important values are generosity, honesty, sincerity or solidarity.
But
as you know, coexistence with other people is not easy. Problems and
conflicts appear frequently, so we must learn a proper way to solve
them. In our class we are going to study all these topics. We will
analize how to coexist with other people, we will learn our rights
and we will study the rules that organize our common social life.
Knowing about all these things is important, in order to prevent
problems. I hope you will be interested in learning about it!
